ABOUT ME

Michael Herring is a licensed attorney and real estate broker offering business consulting services focused on mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions. 

EXPERIENCE

Mike is a big picture, strategic planner. Because he focuses on strategic planning, his advise is valuable and sought after by his clients. In advising his clients, Mike uses his business acumen, legal knowledge and his leadership skills to distinguish himself from other in his profession. 

Mike is a proud veteran having served in the U.S. Army as military intelligence officer. After serving for six years in the U.S. Army, Mike returned to school earning a Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law.

Personally, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and attending baseball games at Target Field. In his spare time he is a board member for People Responding in Social Ministry (PRISM). In 2014, Mike was elected to serve on the Robbinsdale School Board. Mike is also active with the Golden Valley Rotary club, where he served as club President for the 2016-2017 Rotary year.
